Q. I’m getting an error code on my tissue processor. What’s wrong?

A. Before you add fluid or press more buttons, call us! One of our service technicians can usually walk you through a manual drain and diagnostic procedure.  Our goal is to help you retain the integrity of your samples, get them out of the processor safely and get you back in production quickly.

Q. Why should we consider a new instrument?

A. New instruments often have features, improvements and automation not included on older models. MTS encourages our customers to consider their “must-have” features relative to price and service options before buying new or used instruments.
